What will you get?
A home alarm (hub) + wearable pendant(s)
Your Home Care Hub
The Home care hub is a device that looks a bit like a small tv box, it has a slick design and comes in grey or white. This device needs to be connected to your telephone line and/or to a broadband router.
It is important to stress however that our Home Care Hub is not dependent upon a WIFI connection.
The installation is simple, and arrives via the post, fully programmed and ready to be plugged into your power socket and/or router.
The Home Care Hub is connected to our 24/7 monitoring centre and is activated by pressing the emergency button. It comes standard with a pendant that contains an emergency button which connects to the Hub.
If the person is feeling insecure, unwell or is anxious about something, all they have to do is press the button and the home care hub will be activated.
There is no need to be by the phone or near the Hub!
You will hear the Home Care Hub connecting to our emergency monitoring centre and once connected you will be greeted by a voice coming from the built in loudspeaker and enquiring as to how they may help.
This basic package can be easily complimented with additional equipment from our store, or upgraded to a more advanced package when the time may come that further support is required.
